an operator.
DIALING FROM UKRAINE:

- 10 (code for international service)

For example:
To make a call to San Francisco (USA), dial:
8 10 1 415 XXX-XX-XX, where
1 — USA country code
415 — city code of San Francisco
XXX-XX-XX — subscriber's number
2. Within Ukraine telephone calls:
- 8 — wait for second dial tone
- city code
- subscriber's number
*Note: The city code and telephone number together should consist of
10 digits
For example:
To make a call to Kharkiv, dial:
8 0572 XX-XX-XX, where
0572 — city code of Kharkiv
XX-XX-XX — subscriber's number
For 24-hour Operator Assistance:
8-191, 8-192, 8-193, 8-194, 8-195
